From infrastructure to connectivity, we support our clients through the full trading lifecycle.  We are a global company headquartered in New York, with offices in Chicago, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo.  </div>Purpose of the role:  Working across Pico’s and its clients’ data centers in New Jersey, with additional coverage in Chicago, Mexico and Canada, the role holder will lead a team responsible for the physical build, maintenance and operational integrity of the data centre environment. The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience and will be accountable for managing the team’s book of work, setting priorities, allocating resources, developing team members and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Working closely with Network and Systems Engineering, Project Management and Client Service Delivery, the role holder will provide clear direction, promote accountability and collaboration, and ensure projects and operational activities are delivered safely and efficiently. A structured approach, strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to work within short change windows, late at night and outside normal business hours are essential. Responsibilities and duties (include but not limited to)  Key responsibilities include:  <ul> <li>Lead, motivate and develop the Data Centre team, setting clear expectations and promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement </li> <li>Own and manage the team’s book of work, ensuring that operational activities, projects, incidents and service requests are recorded, prioritized and delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards </li> <li>Plan and allocate team resources across Chicago, New York, Mexico and Canada, balancing business priorities, capacity, skills and operational risk </li> <li>Monitor delivery performance, remove blockers, manage competing priorities and provide clear progress, risk and dependency updates to stakeholders </li> <li>Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-one discussions, provide coaching and feedback, and support individual development and succession planning </li> <li>Work closely with Network and Systems Engineering, Project Management and Client Service Delivery to coordinate implementation, maintenance and support activities </li> <li>Ensure the physical build, maintenance and operational integrity of Pico’s and its clients’ data centre environments, including rack and stack, cabling, hardware installation, migrations, cross-connects and circuit testing </li> <li>Ensure wo
