<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Pod Member - Product, Growth, AI & Strategy</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Location:</strong> Austin, TX - primarily in person</span><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Reports To:</strong> Pod Lead</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What Is a Pod?</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">inKind operates through Pods: small, autonomous teams that own a business outcome from idea to impact.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Pods bring together Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Growth, and commercial expertise to find opportunities, build solutions, launch quickly, and measure results.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">There are no traditional handoffs. The Pod owns the outcome.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Examples of problems a Pod might own include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Increasing active users, engagement, and retention</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Improving restaurant discovery and personalization</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Helping restaurant partners acquire customers and grow revenue</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Improving restaurant onboarding and activation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Building new AI-powered experiences</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Testing new products, incentives, and growth opportunities</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is not a traditional Product Manager role.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We're looking for builders and operators who can work across Product, Engineering, Data, Growth, AI, and commercial strategy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You'll identify opportunities, get into the data, shape solutions, work directly with engineers, launch products, and determine whether they actually worked.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You're not here to manage a backlog. You're here to solve important problems.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We want people with experience across several of these areas:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Product:</strong> Finding problems, shaping solutions, and shipping products.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>0 → 1:</strong> Taking ideas from ambiguity to launch.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technical:</strong> Working deeply with Engineering and understanding technical tradeoffs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Data:</strong> Using data to find opportunities, make decisions, and measure impact.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Growth:</strong> Acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and experimentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Commercial:</strong> Understanding revenue, ROI, unit economics, and business models.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>B2C + B2B:</strong> Understanding both consumer behavior and business/partner needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>AI:</strong> Using AI to prototype, automate, analyze, and build faster.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You don't need to be an expert in everything. But traditional PM experience alone isn't enough.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own a Pod objective and take responsibility for moving the metrics behind it.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Turn broad business problems into clear priorities and executable plans.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Decide what matters most and keep the Pod focused on the highest-impact work.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bring the right people together and drive decisions when there isn't an obvious answer.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Spot blockers, risks, and opportunities early—and do something about them.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Challenge assumptions and push the team toward simpler,
