Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.<br><br>We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.</p> </div> <div class="job-posting-section"> <div><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Role Overview</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Objective:</strong> Deliver standard and non-standard AV and network infrastructure programs on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.</li> <li> <div><strong>Key Collaboration:</strong> Interface with networking leadership, infrastructure teams, Audio Visual teams, vendors and cross-functional groups to drive intake, design, and execution.</div> </li> </ul> <div><strong> </strong></div> <div><strong>The AV and Network Infra portfolio includes:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Wireless projects for small offices</li> <li>Mobile Infrastructure projects for medium sized offices</li> <li>Main Distribution Frame (MDF) projects</li> <li> <div>Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) projects</div> </li> <li> <div>Lan provisioning for lab build projects.</div> </li> <li> <div>Audio Visual system and Network Infrastructure from design to delivery for new programs</div> </li> <li> <div>Audio Visual system and Network Infrastructure from design to delivery for Day 2 programs</div> </li> <li> <div>Audio Visual system and Network Infrastructure from design to delivery for replacement programs</div> </li> <li> <div>Audio Visual system and Network Infrastructure decommissioning for sites, floors and parts of buildings.</div> </li> </ul> <div> </div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div> <ul> <li>Identify, scope, and deliver AV and network infrastructure solutions for new and existing facilities.</li> <li>Define deployment requirements, establish timelines, and manage constraints and project schedules.</li> <li>Start with customers, stakeholders, and team owners to understand their needs, workflows, and constraints, incorporating their context into comprehensive project plans.</li> <li>Translate technical blockers into project impact, route issues to correct technical owners, and participate constructively in solution discussions.</li> <li>Negotiate process improvements and feature priorities, expertly distinguishing between important and urgent requests while advocating for both the customer and the team.</li> <li>Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation (e.g., project charters, responsibility matrices, specifications), manage project communications, run effective meetings, and deliver targeted status reports.</li> <li>Improve operational processes for standardizing AV and network deployments globally.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for technical intake and design alignment.</li> <li>Establish clear measures of success (tracking progress, cost savings, performance, and customer satisfaction) and identify, mitigate, or hand off roadblocks.</li> <li>Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.</li> <li>End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.</li> <li>Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div class="job-posting-section"> <div><strong>This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside in Bengaluru for occasional site visits.</strong></div> <div> </div> </div> <div class="posting-title-container"> <div class="job-posting-section"><em>EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
