About the Role Join an engineering team building AI software for enterprise procurement. In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with procurement teams to understand their needs, build and deploy solutions, and improve AI agents based on real-world use. What You'll Do • Visit customer teams to understand their workflows and turn broad requests into clear problems to solve. • Review agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns, then improve prompts, context, and tool use. • Work with the AI team to turn recurring agent failures into evaluation cases. • Build product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations across the stack, from initial idea through production. • Support rollouts, observe how customers use the software, and iterate until it delivers value. • Bring recurring customer needs into shared product and platform capabilities. What We're Looking For • Relevant experience in the 2 to 10+ year range, with a track record of shipping software used by real people. • Strong full-stack or backend foundations, including production APIs, SQL, and relational databases. • Production experience with TypeScript or Python; experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful. • Ability to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and to improve software based on direct observation of users. • Experience with enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer work; procurement knowledge is not required. • Familiarity with TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, Vercel, and Python is relevant to the stack. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available. Location On-site in Berlin, Germany, with travel and customer-site work required.
