Responsibilities: • Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs; • Job post our vacancies in diverse international platforms; • Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks); • Screen the candidates that fit the required profile; • Plan and execute preliminary interviews; • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates; • Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client.
