We specialize in Microsoft Azure to help clients accelerate innovation, operate more efficiently, and be more responsive to their customers' needs. As a Microsoft partner, we specialize in Azure Migration, Application Modernization and Development, Internet of Things, AI, and DevOps achieved through Azure-Enabled Infrastructure Automation. This is a remote-based role in a US-based location only. Travel up to 20%. This role operates in one of two tracks — Project Delivery (PMO) or Market Delivery Unit (MDU). The core responsibilities and requirements below apply to both tracks; track-specific nuances are summarized in the Track Variants section at the end of this description. Track assignment will be confirmed during the hiring process. The Delivery Director in Delivery Management leads delivery across a portfolio of engagements, owning client relationships, delivery performance, and financial outcomes. At this level, you are accountable for the health of an entire book of business — protecting margin and revenue while ensuring delivery consistency, executive client confidence, and the long-term growth of the accounts you oversee. Building on the program leadership of the Senior Delivery Manager, the Delivery Director leads leaders — guiding Senior Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers, setting delivery strategy and governance across the portfolio, and partnering with sales and account leadership to grow accounts. You operate as an executive-level client partner, influencing strategy, investment decisions, and the outcomes that define the long-term relationship.
