You will gain exposure to equipment operation, process execution, material handling, documentation, and continuous improvement while helping support safe operations and on-time delivery.</p> <p data-start="1461" data-end="1479"><strong data-start="1461" data-end="1479">What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul data-start="1481" data-end="2291"> <li data-section-id="1o1n7f3" data-start="1481" data-end="1544">Program, load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment.</li> <li data-section-id="8elgao" data-start="1545" data-end="1728">Execute administrative and asset maintenance tasks across the factory, including equipment repair, calibration schedules, cycle counts, consumables stocking, and similar activities.</li> <li data-section-id="1rnoe0y" data-start="1729" data-end="1808">Perform material management tasks, including receipt, movement, and shipping.</li> <li data-section-id="1bwx0bn" data-start="1809" data-end="1858">Maintain a clean and organized production area.</li> <li data-section-id="13f7d1t" data-start="1859" data-end="1919">Safely handle chemicals and chemical processing equipment.</li> <li data-section-id="8i16tr" data-start="1920" data-end="1984">Help develop and optimize production processes and procedures.</li> <li data-section-id="14qv8q5" data-start="1985" data-end="2074">Support safe operations, conformance to requirements, and on-time delivery of hardware.</li> <li data-section-id="i0o050" data-start="2075" data-end="2198">Follow all procedures and instructions, with specific attention to correct use of PPE and awareness of potential hazards.</li> <li data-section-id="2mnbxq" data-start="2199" data-end="2291">Support production uptime, equipment readiness, and reliable day-to-day factory execution.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2293" data-end="2313"><strong data-start="2293" data-end="2313">What you’ll need</strong></p> <ul data-start="2315" data-end="2845"> <li data-section-id="jo4pq8" data-start="2315" data-end="2366">Attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset.</li> <li data-section-id="64l5dj" data-start="2367" data-end="2397">Strong communication skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1eorp3u" data-start="2398" data-end="2474">Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, engineers, and leadership.</li> <li data-section-id="1qrjc2d" data-start="2475" data-end="2528">Passion for manufacturing and willingness to learn.</li> <li data-section-id="1538eiz" data-start="2529" data-end="2592">Must be able to work full-time, W2, onsite in El Segundo, CA.</li> <li data-section-id="18jotza" data-start="2593" data-end="2845">This role may require access to ITAR-controlled technical data.
