You will be central in defining project scopes, setting objectives, and managing deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Your role will also encompass creating detailed project plans, managing resources and budgets, assessing risks, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team functioning.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.</li> <li>Manage and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.</li> <li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.</li> <li>Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.</li> <li>Manage project stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met and their input is incorporated.</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including planning sessions, status updates, and reviews.</li> <li>Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible.</li> <li>Manage project changes and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.</li> <li>Track and report on project performance metrics.</li> <li>Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.</li> <li>Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) ensuring they are effective and time-boxed.</li> <li>Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles, practices, and values.</li> <li>Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.</li> <li>Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions.</li> <li>Foster a self-organizing and cross-functional team environment.</li> <li>Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizen with Active TS/SCI CI</li> <li>Experience with in-house custom developed data pipelines.</li> <li>Proficiency in Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, JFrog Artifactory, and AWS Cloud Services.</li> <li>UI development skills with Vue.js, Flask, Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, and Daisy UI.</li> <li>ETL experience with Python, Cribl, Apache Nifi, Postgres, Apache Kafka, Splunk, and custom GOTS applications.</li> <li>Expertise in complex data parsing, streamlined ingestion, and schema-aligned data normalization.</li> <li>Strong track record of tracking provenance and ensuring end-to-end data lineage.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
