As an Executive Assistant supporting Boltline at Stoke Space, you will serve as a trusted partner to the General Manager and provide coordinated support to the leadership team. You will help leaders prioritize their time, stay prepared, and follow through on commitments. This role combines GM-level expectations for judgment, discretion, and initiative with the varied, hands-on support required in a startup environment. Working closely with Business Operations and Stoke Space partners, you will anticipate needs, create structure, and own executive, administrative, and workplace coordination from request through completion.  You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.   Responsibilities Executive Support and Prioritization  <ul> <li>Manage the GM’s calendar and coordinate scheduling across the leadership team, using an understanding of business priorities to resolve conflicts and protect time for critical work</li> <li>Anticipate preparation needs, deadlines, and scheduling issues; surface tradeoffs early and recommend practical solutions</li> <li>Coordinate travel, itineraries, expenses, and related logistics, including adjustments when plans change</li> <li>Handle sensitive business and personnel information with sound judgment and discretion; communicate professionally on behalf of leaders when authorized</li> </ul> Leadership Meetings and Follow-Through</span&gt
