Strong problem-solving skills, sound engineering judgment, and a quick-learning mindset are valued above niche specialization.</li> <li><strong>AI-Assisted Development:</strong> Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for using AI tools to accelerate software development, debugging, and problem-solving.</li> <li><strong>Cloud Engineering:</strong> Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on at least one major cloud platform (preferably Azure).</li> <li><strong>Technical Architecture:</strong> Intermediate architecture skills with the ability to translate high-level system requirements into actionable component designs.</li> <li><strong>Communication & Collaboration:</strong> Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability clarify complex requirements and drive technical alignment.</li> <li><strong>Ownership & Initiative:</strong> High accountability and proactivity—someone who takes pride in owning outcomes end-to-end and adapting to changing technical environments.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus points if you have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferable.
