Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. </em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><em>Schedule: </em></strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)</span></p> <h3>Primary Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain all compliance regulations related to position</li> <li>Must be able to train and coach Pump and Power associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledge</li> <li>Travel to all Pump and Power locations to help set up correct procedures</li> <li>Working knowledge of current fleet in all locations</li> <li>Must stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet</li> <li>Develop multi skill level Pump and Power Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialist and Field Service Mechanics</li> <li>Assist Project Specialist in technical sales applications</li> <li>Engineer and manage large projects</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
