With 30+ global PoPs, and 80+ ready-made integrations, DataDome is a recognized Leader on G2 across several categories—delivering protection that outperforms.</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced commercial attorney to join our legal team.</p> <p>Reporting directly to our General Counsel, you will lead the commercial legal function in the Americas and serve as the primary legal partner to our fast-growing Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. We are also open to remote candidates in the US.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll achieve:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own commercial deals end to end. </strong>Draft and negotiate enterprise customer agreements (SaaS, services, licensing, DPAs), channel partner agreements (resellers, referral partners, marketplace), strategic partnerships, and vendor contracts.</li> <li><strong>Improve deal velocity. </strong>Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to close deals on time with clear, practical guidance.</li> <li><strong>Build for scale.</strong> Create and maintain templates, playbooks, processes, and contract operations that support growth and align with policies and corporate strategy.</li> <li><strong>Support marketing and protect the brand.</strong> Review and advise on campaigns, claims, content, and initiatives.
