It’s care delivered the way patients actually want it.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) & Physician Assistants (PAs) to deliver comprehensive virtual care. If you’re licensed in multiple states, and especially if you can practice autonomously in several of them (full practice authority for NPs, or practice with minimal physician supervision for PAs), we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p>At CareTalk, you bring the clinical expertise. We surround you with scheduling, nursing support, technology, and training, so you can focus on the patient in front of you.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M follow-up visits by phone or video</li> <li>Manage chronic conditions, review medications, and prescribe where clinically appropriate</li> <li>Write orders for indicated screenings and review returned results for the care you initiate</li> <li>Close care gaps and build strong rapport with Medicare patients</li> <li>Document every encounter accurately in SOAP format</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 16 hours per week. Our clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET, and Saturday, 10am to 4pm ET </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in multiple states </li> <li>Current national certification (NP: AANP or ANCC; PA: NCCPA)</li> <li>Proven experience providing patient care in a virtual or telehealth clinic environment</li> <li>Experience in preventive and/or primary care</li> <li>Comfort conducting both phone and video visits, and EHR fluency</li> <li>Strong documentation and patient communication skills</li> <li>Strong digital fluency and ability to navigate multiple systems</li> <li>Ability to complete CMS credentialing and enrollment with our practice</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strongly preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>NPs: Full practice authority (autonomous practice) in multiple states</li> <li>PAs: Practice authority with minimal or no physician supervision requirements in multiple states</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Location Requirement</strong></p> <p><span data-teams="true">This is a remote U.S.-based position. Employees must perform all work physically within the United States.
