You should be comfortable combining traditional design workflows with AI-assisted tools, particularly within the Google ecosystem.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Visual Asset Creation:</strong> Design and produce polished digital assets based on creative concepts, existing visual systems, templates, and brand guidelines.</li> <li><strong>Advanced Figma Production:</strong> Build and maintain scalable Figma files using components, modules, variants, Auto Layout, styles, and reusable design systems to enable efficient production and adaptation.</li> <li><strong>Storyboard & Animation Design:</strong> Create clear and visually compelling storyboards, frames, and design assets that can be handed off to Motion Designers or animation teams.</li> <li><strong>Presentation Design:</strong> Develop and refine presentations primarily in <strong>Google Slides and Figma</strong>, translating creative ideas and information into visually engaging, well-structured decks.</li> <li><strong>Asset Adaptation & Production:</strong> Resize, adapt, and version creative assets across multiple formats, placements, and digital channels while maintaining visual consistency.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and other creative stakeholders to translate ideas into effective visual solutions.</li> <li><strong>Quality & Consistency:</strong> Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines, design systems, and production standards while maintaining strong attention to detail.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to Have Skills</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>UX/UI Knowledge:</strong> Understanding of UX/UI principles, digital product design, responsive layouts, and interaction patterns.</li> <li>Experience creating <strong>design systems and component libraries</strong>.</li> <li>Experience preparing design files and storyboards for animation or motion production.</li> <li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly <strong>Photoshop and Illustrator</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working with global or distributed creative teams.</li> <li><strong>AI-Assisted Design Workflows:</strong> Incorporate Google AI tools into the creative process for ideation, visual exploration, asset generation, and production support.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Required Experience & Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> as a Visual Designer, Digital Designer, Production Designer, or similar role within an agency, in-house creative team, or digital production environment.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Figma</strong>, including:</li> <ul> <li>Components and variants</li> <li>Auto Layout</li> <li>Libraries and reusable modules</li> <li>Styles and design systems</li> <li>Template creation and scalable asset production</li> </ul> <li>Strong experience creating digital assets and adapting existing creative work across multiple formats and specifications.</li> <li>Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, layout, and color.</li> <li>Experience designing <strong>storyboards and visual sequences for animation or motion projects</strong>.</li> <li>Proficiency working within the <strong>Google Workspace ecosystem</strong>, particularly <strong>Google Slides</strong>.</li> <li>Experience using <strong>Google AI tools</strong> as part of creative and production workflows.</li> <li><strong>Fluent or fully professional proficiency in both English and Spanish</strong>, with the ability to collaborate with English-speaking teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work independently in fast-paced environments.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>
