With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning… </div> <div> Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground. </div>  </div>A Snapshot As Procurement Manager OSE based in our HQ in Mumbai, you will report to the Associate Director, Procurement and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Shape the procurement strategy for India that ensures OSE (Owner Supplied Equipment) deliveries in time to meet customer requirements, and cost effectively.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, supplier engagement, and operational procurement processes.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Secure and shape strategic supplier long term agreements that support AirTrunk’s growth trajectory and evolving operational needs. </li> </ul>   Your Day to Day  <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Owning and managing end-to-end procurement activities (including RFx) for OSE ensuring timely and compliant delivery of goods and services at optimum costs.</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Developing, issuing, and overseeing tender processes: scopes of work, bid packages, evaluations, recommendations and awards.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Supporting contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and ongoing supplier/contract administration as required</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Supporting the development of OSE category strategies to deliver safe, high quality and cost-effective outcomes.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage a portfolio of strategic suppliers across India, strengthening relationships and performance.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Conducting market research to identify cost drivers, risks, trends and opportunities.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensuring all procurement activity complies with local laws, regulations and AirTrunk governance.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers to increase supply chain resilience.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Partnering closely with Development team to align expectations, influence outcomes and support day to day operations.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Building strong relationships across AirTrunk and effectively communicating procurement expectations and influencing stakeholders. </li> </ul>   Requirements <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical/Mechanical engineering with post-graduation in Management preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience of around 5+ years developing and executing procurement strategies, tendering frameworks, and standard methodologies, including high value and complex contract negotia
