<p>CASETiFY台灣正在尋找一位能在步調快速的環境中成長的會計專員（Accounting Officer），您將在台灣的財務部負責應付帳款與應收帳款帳務維護，以及日常會計分錄與對帳工作。此職位將直接向資深財務經理彙報。<br><br>【工作內容】<br>1. 處理每日簿記入帳作業，並維護準確且完整的財務紀錄。<br>2. 負責應付款帳款申請單審核及內控程序，並進行各項交易入帳。<br>3. 應收帳款交易單據覆核及應收帳款對帳作業，確保所有付款均已入帳並正確記錄。<br>4. 即時提報有問題之銷售單並解決客戶發票問題。<br>5. 營業稅、代扣稅、各類所得申報，稅務調節表編制（如：銷項調節表）。<br>6. 每月關聯交易之對帳及帳務處理。<br>7. 執行每月結帳作業，並編製相關財務報表。<br>8. 協助公司年度審計查帳作業，包含編製科目明細表及相關財務報表。<br>9. 協助執行管理層交辦的臨時或專案任務。</p> <p>要求</p> <ul> <li>至少1年實務會計或會計師事務所經驗。</li> <li>具備電子商務、零售行業或全球會計經驗者尤佳。</li> <li>熟悉會計軟體；具備NetSuite會計系統經驗尤佳。</li> <li>具備良好的溝通及應變能力。</li> <li>注重工作效率且具有團隊合作精神。</li> <li>良好的中英文書面能力。</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures</li> <li>Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of the e-invoicing system and report the issue if there’s any</li> <li>Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders</li> <li>Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted</li> <li>Verify discrepancies and resolve customers invoice issues</li> <li>Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files</li> <li>Managing the intercompany purchase on a regular basis</li> <li>Assisting with book-keeping and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.</li> <li>Assist in year-end audit, tax filing and income filing for the Company. Including the preparation of audit schedules and reporting package</li> <li>Perform accounting closing activities and prepare related financial reports</li> <li>Provide support for accounting-related ad-hoc tasks within the organization</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Requirement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in hands-on accounting or accounting firm</li> <li>Experience in e-commerce business, retail industry or global accounting is an advantage</li> <li>Responsible, self-disciplined, proactive, good team player and detail-minded</li> <li>Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li>Mature and independent with high level of proactiveness</li> <li>Knowledge of Accounting Software; Knowledge in Netsuite accounting system is a plus</li> <li>Good command of written and spoken English</li> </ul>
