Working in a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1">cold production environment,</span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team. The Fulfillment Supervisor will utilize technology such as Tableau, Google Sheets and communication tools (Slack, Geneva, Gmail) to monitor operations and ensure smooth workflow.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>1. Operational Oversight / Team Management</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Supervise pick-and-pack operations in a <strong>FREEZER</strong>, ensuring all orders are accurately fulfilled and meet quality standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor order progress to ensure timely completion during the assigned shift.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to optimize performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Address team member concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work effectively in a cold storage environment, while training team members on cold storage best practices and safety guidelines.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>2. Reporting and Communication</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Use a combination of Tableau and Google Sheets to track and document order progress and team performance metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Communicate effectively using tools like Slack, Geneva, and Gmail to coordinate with other teams and management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing key metrics, issues, and resolutions.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>3.
