This individual will report into our Inventory Control Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Replenishment Team. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: 196,000 sq. ft. in Reno, NV at 9460 N. Virginia St., Suite C, Reno, NV 89506 Schedule: This position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. PT, operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require leaders to work additional hours beyond their regular schedule. Leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their working hours as needed to support the business and their teams. Salary: $66,000 – $83,000 per year  Please note: Training for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 11:00am to 7:30pm PST for the first 2 weeks!  Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead shift start-up meetings and relaying any staffing/volume concerns to the Inventory Control Manager</li> <li>Assign work to replenishment associates</li> <li>Ensure priority replenishments and non-priority replenishment are completed with the provided deadlines</li> <li>Check inventory discrepancies identified during replenishment</li> <li>Track performance of each team member and providing consistent feedback regularly along with check-ins</li> <li>Ensure individual and departmental KPI success</li> <li>Conduct monthly check-ins with each member of the replenishment team in order to establish rapport and provide feedback</li> <li>Immediately address all personnel and performance related incidents that arise</li> <li>Ensure the associate’s timecards are accurate and up to date</li> <li>Attend and participating in the HR Leadership meetings twice a month</li> <li>Execute all process improvements developed and in partnership with the Inventory Control Manager to support the growth</li> <li>Execute all projects assigned by the Inventory Control Manager</li> <li>All members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li>1–2 years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment</li> <li>Proven experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards</li> <li>Demonstra
