The CEO is product-focused and stays deeply involved in product strategy, so working directly with the CEO at a high level is a major focus of this role. Expect to bring strong recommendations. In return, you get fast decisions, a clear mandate, room to run execution, and a team that ships.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1424" data-local-id="d914a83f556d">This is a player-coach role. With a team of three, you will still write specs, run discovery, and get into the details yourself.
