Our models are getting exponentially more intelligent, and our APIs and developer tools need to evolve just as quickly so developers can take advantage of that intelligence safely.</p> <p>We're hiring Engineering Managers to lead teams that build these APIs and developer tools. We are shipping APIs and infrastructure for building and running agents in production. These APIs ship alongside SDKs, docs, and tooling that developers (and agents!) utilize in order to build high quality integrations. These abstractions are backed by our identity, verification, and trust platform, which lets us scale access to Claude responsibly.</p> <h2 data-pm-slice="1 1 ["ordered_list",{"order":1,"listStyle":""},"list_item",{},"bullet_list",{},"list_item",{},"bullet_list",{},"list_item",{}]">Key responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational health</li> <li>Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and bring a strong point of view on what developers need</li> <li>Talk to customers directly and turn what you learn into engineering priorities</li> <li>Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that have to stay reliable as usage grows</li> <li>Work closely with Research, Safeguards, Security, and go-to-market teams to bring new model capabilities to developers safely</li> <li>Recruit, coach, and grow strong engineers</li> </ul> <h2 data-pm-slice="1 1 ["ordered_list",{"order":1,"listStyle":""},"list_item",{},"bullet_list",{},"list_item",{},"bullet_list",{},"list_item",{}]">Minimum qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>You have experience managing high-performing software engineering teams shipping developer products, including hiring, coaching, and performance management</li> <li>You're product-minded and customer-oriented.
