You’ll design instructor led and digital training, simplify complex technical topics, mentor others, and support secure, standardized technology adoption across the enterprise. </p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Build instructor led, virtual, and web based training programs.<br>• Develop eLearning content and multimedia learning assets.<br>• Translate complex technical information into clear, effective training materials.<br>• Partner with technical teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.<br>• Support user adoption, change management, and training effectiveness measurement. </p> <p><strong>Here is what you’ll need:</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Experience developing ILT and web based training.<br>• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design frameworks.<br>• Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning tools.<br>• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.<br>• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.<br>• Experience measuring training effectiveness. </p> <p><strong>Unique Technical Environment:</strong></p> <p>You will support training for advanced technical domains, including:</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Custom in house applications<br>• AI, GenAI, and multi model engineering (reasoning, perception, NER, retrieval workflows)<br>• Data architecture, ETL, ABAC, lineage, vector/graph data systems<br>• Air gapped/hybrid/on prem environments, Kubernetes, GPU servers, CDS<br>• UI/backend/middleware engineering (TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes) </p> <p><strong>Bonus points you might have:</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field<br>• Background in IT, cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, or software development<br>• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility<br>• Experience creating multimedia or interactive training<br>• Certifications: ATD, CPTD, CompTIA CTT+, instructional design certifications<br>• Experience in government, defense, intelligence, or regulated environment</p> <p><strong>Eligibility Requirements: </strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Active DOD Top Secret <br>• Onsite 60%</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
