Cleo Never Stops.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <ul> <li>Understand customer requirements and propose solutions by SA.</li> <li>Own end-to-end EDI and integration implementations for enterprise customers.</li> <li>Configure integrations, support UAT, and build expertise toward Solution Architect roles.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Configure EDI, API, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN).</li> <li>Build, test, and troubleshoot business processes, ERP integrations, and data mappings.</li> <li>Implement REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth and security controls.</li> <li>Support customer workshops, UAT, and issue resolution.</li> <li>Apply performance, security, and implementation best practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>B.E./B.Tech with 2–4 years of EDI, B2B integration, or middleware experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, APIs, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred).</li> <li>Experience with BPS, data mapping, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and UAT.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing implementation skills.</li> <li>Supply chain domain, legacy B2B tools, or AI tool experience is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with supply chain domains: retail, grocery, 3PL/logistics, or manufacturing</li> <li>Prior exposure to legacy B2B tools (Sterling, Gentran, OpenText) — helpful for migration projects</li> <li>Familiarity with AI tools for documentation, analysis, or delivery acceleration</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Behavior Competencies</strong></p> <p><strong>Initiative & Innovation- </strong>Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas</p> <p><strong>Level 2: Initiative -</strong>Takes initiatives within their area of responsibility to accelerate finding solutions.
