The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating system scalability, reliability, and performance across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring optimal user experience and platform stability.</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for AEP, AJO, RTCDP, and CJA implementations.</li> <li>Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.</li> <li>Validate data ingestion, segmentation, profile stitching, audience activation, journey orchestration, and reporting workloads under varying load conditions.</li> <li>Collaborate with developers, architects, and Adobe solution teams to resolve performance issues.</li> <li>Monitor system behavior using performance monitoring and observability tools.</li> <li>Prepare performance test plans, reports, and capacity planning recommendations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Required Skills</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>8+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.</li> <li>Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AJO, RTCDP, and/or CJA, EDS.</li> <li>Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling.</li> <li>Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-based applications, data pipelines, and customer data platforms.</li> <li>Experience analyzing logs, performance metrics, and system resource utilization.</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD integration and performance test automation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Adobe Experience Cloud implementation experience.</li> <li>Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform APIs, streaming ingestion, and audience activation workflows.</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or New Relic.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3></h3> <h3>What we can offer you</h3> <p>Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we’ll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills.
