You'll act as the authority on our product's configuration and setup; translating client needs into the right approach, while safeguarding a consistent, standardized way of working across all clients. You'll act as a thoughtful gatekeeper for our product standards, knowing when to challenge a request and how to redirect it toward a more scalable, maintainable solution.
