This position reports to the Mechanical Engineering Team Leader and is responsible for directing mechanical engineering technical work and providing technical leadership for multiple projects and mechanical engineering team. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-teams="true">We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.  Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.      </span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Design, develop, and generate models, plans, details, and drawings of plumbing systems, including domestic and industrial water, sanitary, storm, gas, and specialty piping systems and components in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and BIM requirements. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lead plumbing design for complex commercial, residential, healthcare, mission-critical, industrial, and other project types from schematic design and space planning through construction administration and coordination with other disciplines. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Present design approaches and coordinate effectively with other disciplines, consultants, contractors, and client teams. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Perform QA/QC reviews of plumbing designs, BIM models, calculations, and project deliverables. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Develop technical guidance for plumbing systems and maintain plumbing design standards, best practices, and engineering procedures. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Provide technical direction, mentorship, and technical skill advancement to plumbing engineers and designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, technical consistency, and effective project execution. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Track project progress, including scope, and schedule. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in plumbing engineering and design. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with IPC, UPC, IFGC, NFPA, and other applicable industry, federal, state, and local codes, design standards, and regulations, including applicable Florida codes and local design requirements. </span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-based design and coordination&nb
