Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer and support the enterprise Tableau Server environment running on Windows Server.</li> <li>Install, configure, upgrade, monitor, and optimize Tableau Server using Tableau Services Manager (TSM).</li> <li>Manage user access, site provisioning, licensing, backup/recovery processes, and data extract schedules.</li> <li>Troubleshoot server, application, and dashboard performance issues.</li> <li>Manage AWS infrastructure supporting Tableau, including EC2, EBS, VPC, Security Groups, and IAM.</li> <li>Ensure platform availability, scalability, disaster recovery readiness, and cost optimization.</li> <li>Execute Windows and Tableau patching, SSL/TLS certificate management, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.</li> <li>Support Databricks administration, including workspace, cluster, access, and security management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree required.</li> <li>3+ years of Tableau Server administration experience in a Windows Server environment.</li> <li>Strong experience with Tableau Services Manager (TSM), backup/recovery, performance tuning, and version upgrades.</li> <li>Hands-on AWS administration experience with EC2, EBS, VPC, Security Groups, and IAM.</li> <li>Experience with Windows Server administration, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.</li> <li>Knowledge of SSL/TLS configuration and security best practices.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Databricks administration or platform support experience.</li> <li>Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or AWS CLI.</li> <li>AWS Certified SysOps Administrator and/or Solutions Architect Associate certification.</li> <li>Experience with infrastructure automation, cloud security, and enterprise analytics platforms.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
