You'll directly manage a regional team of Business Developers and be responsible for turning affiliate activity into profitable new-user growth, first transactions, payment volume and revenue.</span><br><br><span class="universal-card-text">You'll hire and coach Business Developers, set regional priorities and incentives, and put clear processes in place to track results across markets. You'll also work with Payments leadership to turn product launches into campaigns.
