You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the detail-obsessed expert, and the friendly guide that keeps everything (and everyone) on track.</p> <hr data-start="1167" data-end="1170"> <h2 data-start="1172" data-end="1201"><strong data-start="1175" data-end="1199">What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h2> <p data-start="1202" data-end="2146">✅ Prepare and send accurate <strong data-start="1230" data-end="1268">Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs)</strong> to borrowers — first impressions matter!<br data-start="1309" data-end="1312">✅ Troubleshoot and resolve closing issues quickly, always keeping the customer experience front and center.<br data-start="1419" data-end="1422">✅ Execute the transfer of lender funds so transactions close smoothly and on time.<br data-start="1504" data-end="1507">✅ Review every detail of loan documents (sales price, loan amount, vesting, etc.) — no stone left unturned.<br data-start="1614" data-end="1617">✅ Ensure everything complies with federal, state, and program guidelines.<br data-start="1690" data-end="1693">✅ Partner with Loan Officers, Bridge Loan Specialists, Loan Assistants, and settlement teams to keep deals moving.<br data-start="1807" data-end="1810">✅ Audit signed closing packages to guarantee accuracy before funds are released.<br data-start="1890" data-end="1893">✅ Own your pipeline — manage <strong data-start="1922" data-end="1947">50–60 loans per month</strong> with precision and care.<br data-start="1972" data-end="1975">✅ Be a mentor, collaborator, and knowledge-sharer — we grow together.<br data-start="2044" data-end="2047">✅ Jump into special projects or support your team whenever needed — we’ve got each other’s backs.</p> <hr data-start="2148" data-end="2151"> <h2 data-start="2153" data-end="2188"><strong data-start="2156" data-end="2186">What Makes You a Great Fit</strong></h2> <p data-start="2189" data-end="3037">✔ <strong data-start="2191" data-end="2203">3+ years</strong> of recent experience closing residential loans (cash-out refinance expertise = a huge plus!)<br data-start="2296" data-end="2299">✔ You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment — juggling <strong data-start="2364" data-end="2392">50–60 closings per month</strong>?
