Our client, a luxury fashion retail brand, requires the services of a qualified candidate to fill the position of Social Media Manager & Content Creator. The brand has a passion for craftsmanship, artistry, integrity, and delivering a premium customer experience. Beyond routine social posting, the candidate will oversee brand interactions across digital channels, implement high-converting content strategies, and drive consumer interest, engagement, and sales revenue through compelling visual storytelling Key Responsibilities • Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and email marketing. • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and content calendar. • Lead on the day-to-day management of digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content. • Create graphics and edit photos in close working relationship with the internal design team. • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics. • Optimize and monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimizations. • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to build a strong network. • Ensure professional community management across all social media channels. • Experience creating and editing video content • Experience managing social media campaigns and using analytics to optimize performance. • Experience working across a range of brands simultaneously balancing tone and style. • Excellent writing, storytelling and organisational skills. • Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar experience • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things • 3+ years in a social media role The remuneration is competitive, along with other benefits.
