As a Renewals Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end lease renewal and rent increase processes across a diverse, multi-state property portfolio. You will play a key role in protecting occupancy, improving resident retention, and supporting net operating income (NOI) objectives through accurate, compliant, and data-driven renewal strategies. Working closely with Community Managers, regional leadership, and corporate teams, you will ensure renewal activities are executed consistently and within applicable legal requirements. This role combines operational ownership, regulatory awareness, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
