We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at inDrive. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and growing our business in Central America. • Hold responsibility for Passengers Acquisition and Retention KPIs • Lead a matrix-structured marketing team, as well as interact with other departments: Business Development, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Product • Drive Annual Marketing plan of the country, analyzing digital performance, media, and car branding strategies to optimize marketing mix • Hold country marketing budget processes • Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiatives • Lead Brand positioning in line with local insights and global brand guidelines • Oversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channels • Identify and nurture partnerships that align with marketing objectives • Perform market and audience research • 7+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, 3+ years in a similar role • Experience in leading multi-cultural teams, preferably in a matrix structure with influence by leadership skills • Experience working with a mobile product, preferably ride-hailing or similar tech industry • Proven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment • Hands-on project management experience, including agency management and direct involvement in tasks when needed • Ability to develop market insights and marketing strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness • Strong data and analytical skills • English and Spanish on a fluent level • Be part of a growing and innovative company with a unique approach to ride-hailing • Enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment where new ideas and perspectives are encouraged and valued • Have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company and the industry as a whole • Grow your skills and experience through challenging and rewarding work, with opportunities for advancement as the company expands • Competitive salary • Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility within the organization, allowing for increased levels of responsibility and growth within the company
