Job Title Assistant Facility Manager - Technical Job Description Summary Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Building Systems Management • Oversee operation and maintenance of: • HVAC systems ( AHUs, FCUs, VRVs) • Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS) • Plumbing and water management systems • Diesel Generator – Operational and Maintenance • Sewage treatment plant - Operational and Maintenance • Fire detection and suppression systems • Elevators and escalators • Building Management System (BMS) • Ensure optimum performance and reliability of all critical equipment. 2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. • Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely corrective actions. • Maintain equipment history and maintenance records. • Conduct periodic technical audits and inspections. 3. Team Leadership • Lead engineering and maintenance teams. • Manage technicians, supervisors, and vendor personnel. • Conduct training programs on safety and technical procedures.
