This role will have primary responsibility for managing consumer litigation and arbitration, regulatory examinations and investigations, enforcement matters, and escalated legal complaints.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will manage matters from initial assessment through resolution, including internal fact development, discovery, motion and trial strategy, settlement, and coordination with regulators and outside counsel. You will help identify and assess legal and regulatory risks, evaluate potential exposure and tradeoffs, and provide practical, risk-based guidance that enables the business to make informed decisions and move initiatives forward.
