They step in to fill shifts during team member PTO, training, call-outs, special events, and periods of increased client need, so our client receives seamless, uninterrupted protection.</p> <p>This position is on-site at our client's location in Malibu CA. Assignments will vary based on client need.</p> <p>Shifts are 12 hours (6:00–6:00, day or night) and may fall on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, as the site maintains 24/7 coverage. Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate with operational demand. When coverage is needed, shifts may be scheduled in advance or offered on short notice. The RSA will act as a member of the client’s residential physical security team providing onsite security services.
