Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, though hours are based on position needs. Given the role's support of significant incidents and crisis events, the Regional Security Manager is expected to provide reasonable after-hours support for time-sensitive security matters when required. The embedded position reports directly to the Head of Global Security as part of the Global Security function, not through the Asia regional organization, and is expected to operate with a high degree of independence. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The position advises on and coordinates the application of the Global Security risk-driven strategy across India. It identifies and assesses vulnerabilities, reviews site compliance with corporate security policies and standards, and recommends and tracks mitigation plans. The role serves as a trusted advisor and works closely with the other Regional Security Managers and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to analyze intelligence and geopolitical developments that could affect client operations in India and globally.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This is an advisory, review, coordination, and reporting role. It is primarily office-based with regular travel to sites in India. The position does not perform guarding, close protection, armed duties, or the supervision of security personnel.
