This individual will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings strong electrical construction experience, practical knowledge of power distribution systems, and a proven ability to manage field execution in data centers or other mission-critical environments. This role focuses on electrical power infrastructure, including busway, switchgear, panels, feeders, conduit, grounding, and equipment connections. Structured cabling or telecommunications experience alone does not meet the requirements.</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time, salaried position, full benefits, paid time off, paid training, and performance-based bonuses.</li> <li>This position is based in the Atlanta Metroplex area and will work onsite for local data center projects.</li> <li>Approximately 50% travel outside of the Atlanta area should be expected at times.</li> </ul> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead daily electrical installation activities, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors</li> <li>Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequencing to support project schedules</li> <li>Oversee installation of power distribution equipment, busway, RPPs, PDUs, conduit, feeders, grounding, and electrical containment</li> <li>Review drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and submittals to guide field execution</li> <li>Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, clients, and other trades to resolve installation conflicts</li> <li>Monitor workmanship and progress, addressing deficiencies and schedule risks early</li> <li>Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation; support RFIs, change orders, and as-built updates</li> <li>Enforce site safety requirements and approved procedures for shutdowns, tie-ins, and work in operational facilities</li> <li>Coordinate inspections and support testing, commissioning, energization readiness, and project turnover</li> <li>Manage punch-list completion and ensure installations meet project quality standards</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>3-5 years of electrical construction experience, including three years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or comparable field leadership role</li> <li>Experience leading electrical work in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex industrial environments</li> <li>Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, equipment installation, conduit, feeders, grounding, and bonding</li> <li>Ability to interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and equipment submittals</li> <li>Experience supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and managing field schedules and resources</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills</li> <li>Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar project tools</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Journeyman or master electrician license</li> <li>OSHA 30 certification</li> <li>Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers and white space electrical fit-outs</li> <li>Experience working in live facilities and supporting commissioning, shutdowns, and energization</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">To support a fair, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience, some interviews may be recorded.
