We are looking for a translator and an enabler: someone genuinely fluent in AI, energized by teaching, and curious about how an organization actually works. Deeper technical skill is a plus, not a prerequisite. Qualifications are as follows:

7+ years in technology, systems, operations, organizational development, digital transformation, or a closely related field, with progressive responsibility.

Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Process mapping and business analysis. You can get the real story out of a department that has never documented anything, and write it down clearly enough that someone can act on it.

Change leadership. A track record of moving people from curiosity to confident, sustained practice, in an organization where adoption had to be earned.

AI fluency. Hands-on fluency with today’s tools, a working understanding of their limits, and the habit of staying current
