About the Role Join a European AI-powered B2B SaaS team building chat and voice agents that help customers navigate complex product ranges online and in stores. You will develop the platform and integrations behind these customer-facing experiences. What You'll Do • Build and maintain full-stack features for an AI SaaS platform using TypeScript and NestJS. • Integrate current LLM APIs into chat and voice agent experiences. • Develop and support backend services and data workflows using MongoDB. • Contribute to product features that help customers search and make decisions across complex product catalogs. What We're Looking For • Several years of professional experience with NestJS. • Very strong TypeScript skills and solid MongoDB experience. • Hands-on experience using current LLM APIs. • Based in Europe, or able to work in a hybrid arrangement from Cologne or Hamburg.
