In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial candidate screening and technical qualification calls, assessing candidate suitability against role requirements and ensuring a consistent, high-quality recruitment process.</div> <div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and business stakeholders, you will help build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technical positions across multiple regions. You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring accurate candidate evaluation, interview coordination and recruitment administration.</div> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Candidate Screening & Talent Assessment (70%)</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Conduct structured screening and technical qualification calls with candidates for data centre and infrastructure-related positions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, career aspirations and overall suitability against role requirements.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Evaluate candidates against predefined competencies and screening criteria, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain a consistent and objective screening process across all assigned requisitions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Build and manage active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Partner closely with recruiters to prioritise hiring activity and support recruitment delivery across multiple geographies.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support direct sourcing activities and candidate outreach where required.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Promote the EOS employer brand through positive candidate interactions and professional communication.</li> </ul> <h3>Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Experience (30%)</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Coordinate candidate interviews and manage interview logistics across multiple time zones.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure candidates receive timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support interview scheduling and partner with hiring teams to ensure an efficient hiring process.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Assist with recruitment administration, reporting and pipeline tracking.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination activities as required.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, employment regulations and data privacy requirements.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.</li> </ul> <h2>What You Need to Succeed</h2> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or talent sourcing.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating candidate suitability.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ability to assess technical skills and experience within infrastructure, IT, engine
