What You Bring • Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops). A pleasant disposition, High EQ. • Read and follow plan sets • Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron) • Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading) • Build and lace equipment racks • Advanced setup and configuration of devices • Advanced understanding of networks • Advanced troubleshooting of devices • Programming of Control4/Crestron/Savant/Lutron • Communication w/ FE, PM, Management w/ daily reports and updates on urgent matters • Work Hard and be excellent to each other • Celebrate successes and learn from challenges • Focus on solutions, not roadblocks • Always act in the best interest of our clients • 401k w/ 1%-3.5% Match • Medical/Dental/Vision: 70% coverage • 7 Paid Holidays • PTO - 1 week (Yr 1), 2 weeks (Yr 2), 3 weeks (Yr 4), 4 weeks (Yr 7) • 5 sick days • Company vehicle, credit card, & iPad
