The Project Manager will serve as the primary lead for the Technology Workplace TBD program, overseeing cross-functional vendor collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of network refreshes, hardware deployments, and site conversions across various client locations. This role demands high organizational agility, technical familiarity, and stakeholder engagement.</p> <p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p> <p><strong>Program Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead day-to-day coordination across vendors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.</li> <li>Track workflow progress using tools like Excel, Jira, Monday.com and Smartsheet </li> <li>Ensure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Oversight</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in oversight of support activities involving routers, cellular devices, SD-WAN appliances, and switches </li> <li>Assist in oversight of circuit installations, testing, and turn-ups for broadband and DIA internet circuits</li> </ul> <p><strong>Vendor Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as liaison between field resources and network engineers </li> <li>Coordinate bridge technician support and ensure proper activation sequences </li> <li>Manage deliverables including before/after photos and cabling documentation </li> </ul> <p><strong>Communication & Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide regular updates to internal and external teams.</li> <li>Maintain clear documentation of site status, open items, and deployment milestones.</li> <li>Participate in intake meetings, sync calls, and deployment coordination sessions</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPETENCIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Strong knowledge of MS Office suite</li> <li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</li> <li>Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency</li> <li>Basic skills in Monday.com or similar product (SmartSheet)</li> <li>Ability to track individual deployments across multiple client locations in a single day</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt process changes mid-stream</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-8 years’ experience in project management in technology and/or infrastructure programs</li> <li>Experience using PC in business environment including MS Office</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus</li> <li>Exposure to Monday.com is a plus</li> <li>Familiarity with network equipment such as routers, switches, cellular devices</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>PMP certification preferred by not required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong> </p> <p>To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
