As our global expansion continues, we are looking for passionate people to join the team and help take our department to new heights.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role supports the local Asset Protection team at our Flight Club NY facility and reports to the AP Supervisor/Manager. The primary responsibility of the Asset Protection Associate is to provide safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property while enforcing all Asset Protection Team Policies.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>In this role, you will: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Foster healthy relationships with staff, vendors, and guests, while demonstrating a superior customer service attitude. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times that is in compliance with GOAT Group’s uniform and dress code standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in reviewing POST Orders for your assigned facility.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure that all aspects of POST Orders are in place, monitored, and enforced.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in enforcing the facility-level IIPP Program (Injury, Illness, and Prevention Program), Emergency Evacuation Procedures, Fire Prevention Program, and notification of emergency services as directed. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with access control compliance, helping enforce the company visitor program, and access control card audits.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Thoroughly examine and record logistics carrier information in accordance with C-TPAT compliance standards where applicable.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Complete opening/closing checklists and communicate results/findings.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the local management team with any planned and/or special events.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Control entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to GOAT Group Policy.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct thorough package inspections, including jackets/coats anytime employees are entering/exiting the facility (warehouse/retail store).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Document unlawful/suspicious activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review CCTV footage and document any incidents (Video Ticket Review/After-hours/Weekend activities/Safety Review etc.) as directed by AP Leadership</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in the process of evicting trespassers and violators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive at the scene.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Be trusted to make smart decisions, consistent with applicable guidance and policies. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must be capable of complying with the company Hands-Off Policy while maintaining a safe work environment within all Goat Facilities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Any other duties as assigned by Asset Protection, Workplace Services, and/or Operation</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>We are looking for: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A motivated and team-oriented individual with one or more years of Distribution Center and/or Retail store experience. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">High School Diploma or equivalent</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Asset Protection/and or Security Guard experience preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Audit and compliance experience preferred </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to confidently handle confidential and/or sensitive information</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">&lt
