If you are eager to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of aviation maintenance, AIM offers a rewarding environment where your contributions will truly matter.</div><div id="isPasted"> <div id="isPasted"> Location: 7651 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77061 Schedule: Monday- Thursday: 9-6 or 10-7( Two evenings per week)   Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Compensation: Up to $30/hr   Position Purpose:  The Campus Technology Assistant plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of campus computing systems, telecommunication networks, and technology infrastructure. This position provides hands-on IT support, ensuring that company-issued devices, software, and hardware function properly. Additionally, the Technology Assistant supports end users with troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical assistance. As a Senior Technology Assistant, this role also includes serving as the primary test proctor, ensuring a secure and smooth testing environment for all users.  Key Duties  <ul> <li>Provide technical support for campus computing devices, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues.</li> <li>Assist faculty, staff, and students with the setup, maintenance, and operation of company-issued technology devices and equipment.</li> <li>Serve as the primary test proctor, ensuring all test materials are secure, administering tests in accordance with established protocols, and assisting test takers with any technology-related concerns.</li> </ul> Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Maintain campus digital infrastructure, including systems network, cloud/web-based systems, electronic data communication, and operational databases, per Corporate IT Policies and Procedures. </li> <li>Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, maintain, install, and perform testing activities on computer equipment, network systems, firewall, and data communication systems, using Technology Assistant proper standard interface protocols.</li> <li id="isPasted">Configure and set up servers to work with various programs. </li> <li>Ensure server backups and network user backups are performed regularly. </li> <li>Maintain, safeguard, track and store software/hardware and computer equipment. </li> <li>Manage and monitor Users’ utilization of IT systems to ensure adherence to digital safety protocols.</li> <li>Assign computer equipment to Users and
