Team Lead</strong>, you will oversee a team of BI Developers and Senior Developers, ensuring high-quality delivery across dashboards, data modelling, analytics, and tooling initiatives.</div> <div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">You will manage team workload, drive operational excellence, partner with stakeholders, and support the long-term development of BI capabilities within EOS in partnership with the Data & Governance Lead.</div> <div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to align teams around clear priorities.</div> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <h3>Team Leadership & Delivery</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Lead a BI team, overseeing daily delivery, planning, and prioritisation.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure high-quality outputs across dashboards, data modelling, insights, and tooling activities.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Review analytical output, modelling accuracy, and dashboard quality prior to stakeholder delivery.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Supervise the allocation of BAU work, project initiatives, and support tickets across the team.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage performance, coaching, and career development activities for team members.</li> </ul> <h3>Stakeholder Management</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved and communicated effectively.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f18jd3zf">Translate business needs into structured BI workstreams, ensuring clear requirements and expectations are established.</li> </ul> <h3>Operational Excellence & Governance</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure alignment with BI standards, data governance requirements, documentation expectations, and design best practices.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support incident management by owning escalations, leading root-cause investigations, and coordinating cross-functional resolutions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Oversee preparation of BI inputs for internal and senior leadership business reviews.</li> </ul> <h3>Technical Support & Mentoring</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide technical guidance on data modelling, dashboard design, performance optimisation, and BI tooling.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Mentor BI Developers and Senior Developers, supporting the development of their technical capabilities and business understanding.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the team.</li> </ul> <h3>Strategic Contribution</h3> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Partner with the BI Team Manager to shape long-term BI strategy, capability development, and tooling improvements.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Contribute to resource planning, process optimisation, and the identification of automation and efficiency opportunities.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Play a key role in prioritisation discussions, ensuring team capacity aligns with organisational priorities.</li> </ul> <h2>Experience</h2> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">6-8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-focused roles.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience leading delivery workstreams, mentoring analysts or developers, or supervising small teams.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Demonstrated success delivering high-impact BI or analytics solutions within a fast-paced environment.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and
