This is a highly strategic, senior individual contributor role. You will be the visionary who spots where human effort can be optimized by machines—and then designs, deploys, and scales the enterprise-grade systems that make it happen. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution, you will work across leadership teams to eliminate friction, accelerate decisions, and raise the operational ceiling of Clara.</p> <p data-path-to-node="3">You will report to the Global Head of Operations and act as a strategic partner to senior leaders in Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering. You have demonstrated experience architecting, scaling, and augmenting operations with AI at an enterprise level.
