This is primarily a planning and technical guidance role, not a hands-on developer role - you'll spend most of your time on architecture, technical direction, and proof-of-concept/draft work, while delegating implementation to developers and AI agents, and overseeing execution. Reporting to the Lead Architect, who will provide direct mentorship, with additional guidance from the Director of Engineering and other senior technical voices, you will contribute technical perspectives and recommendations, help translate business requirements into system designs, and grow into a fuller architecture role.
