These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace. </div>  <h3>What You’ll Be Working On</h3> <ul> <li>Ensure that the Company conducts its business in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and rules</li> <li>Support corporate governance matters, including board and committee meeting preparation, corporate resolutions, subsidiary management, and maintenance of legal entity records and filings across all jurisdictions</li> <li>Manage and oversee legal entity matters, including entity formations, dissolutions, registrations, organizational documents, and ongoing corporate maintenance</li> <li>Lead the adoption, implementation, maintenance and optimization of legal technology tools, including AI-powered legal solutions and contract management platforms, to drive efficiency and scalability within the legal function</li> <li>Participate in the design and development of corporate policies, procedures, best practices and programs required for a growing organization</li> <li>Provide counsel and guidance on legal matters, and on legal implications of all matters</li> <li>Keep abreast of ongoing governance and regulatory changes and report directly to the Head of Legal</li> <li>Provide legal advice, opinions and solutions regarding complex issues and risks relating to the on-going and expanding business by working closely with internal teams</li> <li>Draft, negotiate and review a broad range of commercial agreements, such as master services agreements, logistics and supply chain agreements, retail distribution agreements, and vendor agreements</li> <li>Support international growth and expansion efforts by advising on cross-border corporate structuring, local regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks to enable seamless operations across new and existing jurisdictions</li> <li>Deliver creative, timely, proactive and business-friendly advice and training in a fast-paced, competitive and evolving environment</li> <li>Work closely with all business units to address ongoing legal needs</li> </ul> <h3>Must Haves</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree plus a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school</li> <li>Member in good standing of a state bar, preferably New York</li> <li>Successful legal experience in top law firms or top CPG companies</li> <li>5-7+ years of directly related work experience</li> <li>Proven ability to implement policies and projects across an international organization</li> <li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and results-driven environment</li> &lt
