This role will serve as the central point of orchestration between business demand and available supply/capacity, ensuring that requirements are accurately forecasted, prioritized, fulfilled, and tracked. The individual will establish strong operating mechanisms, streamline processes, drive governance, and build dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into demand, capacity, utilization, fulfilment, risks, and operational performance.</p> <p> </p> <h3>What you’ll be doing<strong><br></strong></h3> <p><strong>Demand & Supply Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end <strong>demand and supply planning process</strong>, from demand intake through fulfillment and closure.</li> <li>Consolidate and validate demand across business units, programs, projects, geographies, and skill groups.</li> <li>Develop short-, medium-, and long-term <strong>demand forecasts and capacity plans</strong>.</li> <li>Map demand against available capacity/supply and proactively identify <strong>gaps, surpluses, bottlenecks, and emerging risks</strong>.</li> <li>Drive prioritization and allocation decisions when demand exceeds available capacity.</li> <li>Establish mechanisms for <strong>demand aging, fulfillment tracking, capacity management, utilization, and deployment</strong>.</li> <li>Partner with relevant teams to develop mitigation plans for supply gaps, including hiring, internal movement, upskilling, cross-utilization, or other capacity levers.</li> <li>Improve forecast accuracy through historical trend analysis and regular reconciliation of planned versus actual demand.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Excellence & Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assess existing processes and identify opportunities to <strong>simplify, standardize, automate, and scale</strong> operations.</li> <li>Design clear end-to-end workflows covering demand intake, validation, prioritization, allocation, fulfillment, escalation, and closure.</li> <li>Define <strong>SLAs, KPIs, process controls, ownership, and escalation mechanisms</strong>.</li> <li>Establish a strong operating cadence, including weekly operational reviews and monthly/quarterly business reviews.</li> <li>Reduce manual interventions, process leakage, duplicate effort, and turnaround time.</li> <li>Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, governance frameworks, and RACI models.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement using data, root-cause analysis, and measurable improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Dashboards, Analytics & Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain <strong>executive-level dashboards and operational scorecards</strong> that translate complex data into actionable business insights.</li> <li>Develop reporting across key metrics such as: <ul> <li>Demand pipeline and demand aging</li> <li>Supply/capacity availability</li> <li>Demand vs. supply gaps</li> <li>Fulfillment rate and fulfillment TAT</li> <li>Utilization and capacity trends</li> <li>Forecast vs. actuals</li> <li>Skill/location/business-unit gaps</li> <li>SLA adherence</li> <li>Productivity and operational KPIs</li> </ul> </li> <li>Create <strong>weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports</strong> with clear commentary on trends, risks, root causes, and recommended actions.</li> <li>Move reporting from descriptive reporting toward <strong>predictive
