As a key contributor within the Finance team, you'll own several key areas of the monthly close process and support the company’s financial operations with accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail, helping to drive the development of our first clinical stage autologous cell therapy program targeting solid tumors.  You’ll lead and execute core accounting activities including cash reconciliations, accruals, accounts payable, payroll accounting, and other month-end close responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced and growing biotechnology company environment.  As a member of our Finance team, you will be a vital part of a highly collaborative group working to unlock the promise of precision cell therapy for patients, starting with our lead program amsoki-cel (OBX-115), a novel engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy that uses our proprietary cytoDRiVE® platform. This is a unique opportunity to be a valuable contributor in a well-funded clinical company with field-leading advisors, best-in-class partners, and an experienced team.  This is a Hybrid role based out of our Cambridge, MA location until Q2, 2027 when our Bedford, MA office space expands to become our single MA location  You Will...
