This role sets technical direction, manages portfolio priorities, and partners cross-functionally to deliver innovative, high-quality, scalable solutions that meet brand, cost, supply chain, and sustainability goals.</p> <h3> </h3> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Be Working On</strong></h3> <p>· Lead end-to-end packaging development for the Fragrance category from feasibility through commercialization</p> <p>· Set technical direction and prioritize category needs across launches, resources, and longer-term opportunities</p> <p>· Serve as the technical authority on packaging systems, materials, componentry, and manufacturing processes</p> <p>· Lead feasibility, risk assessment, testing, validation, specifications, and technical recommendations</p> <p>· Serve as senior technical partner to Global Product Marketing, Creative, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations</p> <p>· Clearly communicate technical risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to cross-functional and senior stakeholders</p> <p>· Build strong supplier and contract manufacturer partnerships and drive accountability for execution</p> <p>· Influence supplier strategy, technical transfers, regionalization, and packaging-related capability investments</p> <p>· Lead value engineering, sustainability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives</p> <p>· Model strong decision-making, prioritization, accountability, and resource management</p> <p>· Mentor colleagues and build technical capability, innovation, and continuous learning across the team</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Must Haves</strong></h3> <p>· Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred</p> <p>· 8+ years of progressive packaging development experience with expertise in fine fragrance</p> <p>· Proven experience leading complex packaging programs from concept through commercialization</p> <p>· Strong knowledge of packaging materials, componentry, testing, manufacturing, and supplier capabilities</p> <p>· Experience with global suppliers, contract manufacturers, value engineering, and technical transfers</p> <p>· Demonstrated success mentoring others and influencing cross-functional deci
